Does your product come with dust bag and box?

All products have dust bags without boxes in order to optimize shipping fee and delivery time for customers.

If you want to order full-box products, please choose Product with box option when placing your order. The box is a replica of authentic box.

What can I do if no updated information is provided on my tracking link?

Firstly, we are sorry that there is no updated information on your tracking link.

How long would it take my order to be delivered?

Normally, it will take 2-3 working days for internal process and additional 5-10 business days for international delivery.
